Ibrahim Mehleb, Egyptian Prime Minister inaugurated the zoological museum at Giza Zoo on Monday, 3rd August 2015. Dr. Salah Hilal, Minister of Agriculture and land reclamation, Dr Hossam Moghazy, Minister of Irrigation and Water Recourses, Dr Khalid Adly, Governor of Giza, and Dr. Ibrahim Mahrous, Chairman of General Organization for Veterinary Services attended the opening ceremony. Greeted by Dr. Fatma Tamman, Undersecretary of Zoos and Aquaria, Dr. Essam ElBatawy, General Manager of Giza Zoo, Dr. Madeha Khairy, Director of Museums Department, and Dr. Suzan Kamal, Head of mummification Department.
